Altruity Healthcare & Wellness is transitioning away from accepting insurance due to the personalized and comprehensive care provided to each patient. Instead, we offer holistic collaboration fees and conscire membership programs designed to support individualized treatment.
At Altruity, we are committed to uncovering the root causes of health concerns through a thorough evaluation process. Our approach combines hormone therapy, holistic and functional medicine, and weight loss support. The fees associated with our services cover the additional time and care that are not reimbursed by traditional insurance plans.
Payment & Reimbursement
After your visit, we will provide you with a detailed superbill—a coded invoice—that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement policies vary based on your insurance plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits.
