At Altruity Healthcare & Wellness, our commitment to holistic and compassionate care extends to how we manage appointments. In order to respect the time and care dedicated to each individual, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following our appointment policy:

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Returning Patients: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $35 No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee.

  • New Patients: Cancellations within this timeframe may result in a $50 No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee.

Compassionate Exceptions

We understand that life is unpredictable. Your first no-show will be waived as a courtesy.
In the case of emergencies or hospitalization, please notify us when possible, and we will gladly waive the fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session to avoid disrupting care for other patients.

No-Call/No-Show Policy

Commitment to your care is essential. After three no-call/no-show or late cancellations, we may need to discontinue services and refer you to another provider.
